COVID-19 Update

How long does it take to process an order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Please note that during peak times and COVID-19 this may take longer. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be dispatched.

How do I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email home@no22.com.au. 

How much is shipping?
Australia Standard Delivery is $10, or free for orders over $100.

We offer Express Shipping for $20.

I’ve ordered the wrong thing. What do I do?
We can try to assist you with amending your order within 2 hours of ordering, however we cannot guarantee this. Please email home@no22.com.au if you would like to amend an order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please enter your address at checkout to view the shipping rates for your country.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Sorry, no. We do not offer gift wrapping.

I’m sending my order as a gift. Will there be an invoice with prices in the order?
No. We only include packing slips, which do not list the prices of the products.

Do you have gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers on our website here.

What currency are your products in?
All products listed are in AUD.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express, Paypal and Afterpay.

Can I use more than one promotional code per order?
No, only one code can be used per order.

PRODUCTS

The product I want is on preorder. What does this mean and how long will it take to receive my order?
Products on pre-order mean that we are out of stock of this product and are waiting for new stock to arrive to allocate your order to. All pre-order delivery dates are listed on the specific product page.

Once you have purchased a product on pre-order, we aim to keep you updated via email about when to expect your delivery, as well as any potential delays.

The delivery date on pre-order products is an approximate estimate, which may vary. We do not accept cancellations on pre-orders or refunds prior to shipping.

If you have ordered a product on pre-order along with products that are in-stock, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order products arrive.

How do your products come packaged?
Our products come in black gift boxes with our No. 22 logo on the box. Perfect for gifting or for a gift for yourself!

Are your products dishwasher safe?
We recommend always hand-washing our products, particularly our glassware, with lukewarm water and towel drying.

We do not accept returns on products that may break after being placed in the dishwasher.

I have an issue with my product. What do I do?
Please send us an email to home@no22.com.au with your order number and a description of the product issue. Attaching photos always helps us fix this issue for you faster.
