Delivery & Returns

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days from making your purchase.

Domestic orders can take up to 10 days to arrive depending on your location while express orders can take 2-5 business days.

International orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive and will need to go through customs.

Please note, timeframes may vary depending on the time of the year.

How can I track my order?

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

You can also log into your customer account and find your order details here.

How do I change my order?

We can assist with order amendments up to 2 hours after you have made your purchase, however this is not a guarantee. Please note, our team are unable to make order amendments once the order has been shipped.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We offer exchanges on full price items for up to 10 days after you have made your purchase. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind and we do not offer returns on sale products.

Do you have gift cards?

yes, our gift cards are available to purchase here. Please note, our gift cards are available to use in store and online. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay. If you are having issues with your payment, please contact us for further assistance.

Can I use multiple promotion codes?

No, only one promotion code can be used per order. Please note, this excludes gift cards as gift cards are not considered a promotion code.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping. Please reach out to support@no22.com.au for any further information.

Products

How long to pre-order products take to arrive?

All pre-order dates are listed on the individual product page and will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days from that date.

If you have ordered a product with a pre-order product, your entire order will be dispatched with the pre-order product. Please email support@no22.com.au for further assistance.

How do your products get come packaged?

All products arrive in a black No. 22 box, ready to gifted.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

While most of our products are dishwasher safe, we recommend gently handwashing in warm water to protect the longevity of the item. Please note, care instructions are given on the product page for each product.
