How long to pre-order products take to arrive?
All pre-order dates are listed on the individual product page. The dates are for when we expect to receive the product into our Paddington Showroom and warehouse.
We aim to ship all pre-order products to you within one (1) week from that date.
What happens if my order contains pre-order and non-pre-order products?
If you have placed an order with a product on pre-order, we will wait until all the products are in stock to ship your order.
If you require something sooner, we can ship your in-stock products for an additional fee. Please contact support@no22.com.au for assistance.
how are your products packaged?
All products arrive in a custom No. 22 Home gift box. Perfect for gifting or to treat yourself.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
While most of our products are dishwasher safe, we recommend gently handwashing in warm water to protect the longevity of the item. Please note, care instructions are given on the product page for each product.
