Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made during the No. 22 Home Black Friday Sale (“Sale”). By participating in the Sale, customers agree to be bound by the following Terms, as well as our general Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Sale Period

  • The Sale is valid from 11:00am AEDT on Wednesday, 19 November 2025 until 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, 1 December 2025 (“Sale Period”).
  • Purchases must be completed during the Sale Period to be eligible for any discounts.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the Sale Period under any circumstances.

2. Discounts

  • Discounts range from 15% to 70% off selected products only.
  • The discounted price is as displayed at checkout during the Sale Period.
  • Tablescape Sets and special collections (including limited-edition or collaboration collections) are strictly excluded from the Sale.
  • Products not expressly marked as discounted are not included in this Sale.
  • Discounts are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

3. Exclusion of Other Discounts & Offers

  • All other discount codes, promotions, loyalty discounts, vouchers, or incentives will be disabled for the duration of the Sale.
  • Sale pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

4. Product Availability

  • All Sale products are strictly subject to availability and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Once an item sells out, it will not be restocked, will not be available for pre-order, and cannot be purchased at the Sale price.
  • No. 22 Home does not guarantee the availability of any product for the entire Sale Period.

5. Shipping

  • Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • No. 22 Home may experience higher-than-usual order volumes during the Sale. Delivery times may be extended.
  • No. 22 Home is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • All purchases made during the Sale are final.
  • Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or preference changes.
  • The only exception applies to products that are deemed faulty, in line with Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).
  • If reporting a faulty item, customers must provide adequate proof of the fault (e.g., photographs, order number).
  • No. 22 Home reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund a faulty item in accordance with ACL obligations.

7. Order Amendments & Cancellations

  • Due to high order volumes, orders placed during the Sale cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted. This includes changes to items, addresses, or shipping methods.
  • Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.

8. Misuse, Errors & Technical Issues

  • No. 22 Home reserves the right to cancel or correct orders where pricing errors, system malfunctions, or website issues occur, even if an order confirmation has been issued.
  • If misuse of discount codes, bots, automated ordering, or fraudulent activity is detected, No. 22 Home may cancel the order.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, No. 22 Home is not liable for any loss arising out of:

  • delays in shipping;
  • products being unavailable;
  • website downtime or checkout issues;
  • customer error during ordering;
  • third-party courier delays or actions.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Amendments

No. 22 Home may update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes will apply to future purchases and not to orders already placed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
